The owners will be happy to suggest sites of interest and to help to arrange tours or any bookings you may require. Villas Casa Loma provides a gentle balance between total privacy and a social network in which to meet and interact with other guests. WIFI is available throughout the property, so keeping in touch with friends, associate and workplace is easy!

We rented the #402 on the last 4 days of our "on the road" trip to Costa Rica. The place was very nice, close to fruit stands, grocery store, restaurant and many different beaches (we had a rental SUV). The owner, Igor, was on location during our stay and made sure we had everything required to make our stay enjoyable. The neighbors were both quiet and friendly; we met with some of them at one of the two very nice pools we were using.

We're so very glad that you found your accommodations comfortable and convenient, too! Although we are slightly removed from the hijinx and antics of the area, we are close to everything that you could want for a great vacation: Supermarkets, shops, fabulous beaches, restaurants, incredible tour operators and an almost endless variety of wildlife at your fingertips. This was our first time to Costa Rica and we loved it! Villas Casa Loma Suite 402, was a great little rustic style unit with a functioning kitchen, a very comfy double bed, and was well kept and really clean. The grounds are meticulously kept, there were staff mainting the grounds and pools daily. Igor was extremely welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Playa Flamingo is very central to many beaches and towns. Tamarindo is only a 20 minute drive. Thank you for a fabulous stay guys. PURA VIDA Dianna and Chris

Delighted that you found the accommodations and facilities to your liking, Dianna and Chris. Thanks for the great description! We try to make each guest as much a member of our "family" as we can and we're always happy to suggest interesting things to see and do in the area. You obviously made good use of Google Maps and the internet to locate places of interest. Perhaps your next visit will include a trip to nearby Rincon de la Vieja (Near Liberia) where you will find mud baths, hiking trails, an extinct volcano, horseback riding, and other great activities. There are also majestic waterfalls, white water rafting, scuba, sailing, fishing, tennis, snorkeling, stand up paddle, sea kayaking, beaching, swimming, surfing and so much more to do in our area! Whale and dolphin watching are popular, along with birding and watching the hilarious antics of howler monkeys and parrots that live on our property. Wildlife abounds here! Do come back and sample more of our lifestyle offerings! As we say, "Do it all ... or nothing at all! The choice is always yours!" COSTA RICA: NO ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS. Pura Vida! Tom and Igor

My friend and I spent 2 wonderful weeks with birds, animals and lush vegetation. The venue was Villas Casa Loma. Our "rustic" stone apartment was set into a hillside among a variety of trees and palms looking over a lovely valley with hills in the background. To say "lovely setting" is an understatement! Thank you, Tom and Igor, for your help in finding us really interesting things to see and do. Your restaurant suggestions were terrific and the day trips and tours you suggested were inspired! Close to the nearest beaches, shops, restaurants and supermarkets, too. We really enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many interesting people from all over the world who were also staying at the Villas during our visit. Two magical swimming pools were a real bonus for us. The peace and quiet there was wonderful. Plenty to see and do without straining the budget. We hired a small 4 X4 and were happy we did, as we did a lot of exploring on our own. The facilities at Villas Casa Loma are amazing! (Our own apartment was what the owners described as "rustic" - constructed almost totally of stones - both inside and out - giving it an almost Mediterranean look and feel!) We are planning our next visit to Costa Rica and hope that Suite 402 will be available for us again.

These private villas are all connected through perfectly maintained green gardens surrounding two huge swimming pools....this is no hotel....it is a HOME away from home. You can rent entire villa or apartments within....each with a/c , private showers and bathrooms....very clean and including maid service every other day. You may cook at villa but why would you. There are at least 20 high quality restaurants within a mile or so....We recommend Hibiscus, Casa Celeste, the Beach House, Bahia del Sol, Marie's or Coco Loco at near by Playa Flamingo proper....We stayed here in December 2015 but recommend longer stay to explore the area....owners will be glad to upgrade you with villa #1 being the best, followed by 2, 3, 4 and 5 in that order, if available....In addition to being a perfect hosts , owners are very knowledgeable about local area and things to do.....and weather here is perfect....no rain between November and May, with temperatures in high 80's....we particularly loved sunset views over Pacific every 5:30pm

It has been an interesting experience for us watching the area develop - both in the number of residences - but also in terms of available goods and services, Interesting shops and excellent restaurants are now commonplace here, as well as availability of fascinating tour possibilities. Just minutes away are a myriad of unique beaches - each with their own "personalities". Igor & Tom ~ thank you so much for your hospitality to me and my family this past December. We made our decision based on finding Villas Casa Loma on Trip Advisor and the reviews that were written by others who stayed there. I could go on and on about our stay…but to simply say “it was everything and more” pretty much covers it. I instantly fell in love with Costa Rica as I had hoped I would and I have no doubt Villas Casa Loma sealed the deal. We enjoyed the many beaches, four wheeling, body surfing, zip lining, soaking up the sun around the pool and happy hour with the beautiful Pacific coast sunset. Now that we are home in Texas we have visions of relocating to Costa Rica dancing in our heads! Pura Vida ~ Maggie

Me encantó el lugar, es tranquilo, bonito, limpio... tuvimos la suerte de estar con mucha privacidad. Todo salió muy bien y su ubicación nos permitió conocer varias playas y cocinar todos los días para no gastar tanto... recomendadísimo si lo que se quiere es escapar de los hoteles llenos de gente y ruido...

Villas Casa Loma está situado en una colina que ofrece fantásticas vistas al mar, Marina, colinas y valles de nuestra reserva de bosque seco tropical privado. Mono, loros, una amplia variedad de aves, gatos salvajes, osos hormigueros, tortugas, coatí, pizotes, mariposas, colibríes llamar Villas Loma de su casa. Después de una noche de descanso arrullado por los sonidos suaves de las olas, disfrutar de una buena taza de excelente café de Costa Rica, seguido de un paseo de descubrimiento por los jardines para descubrir una gran variedad de flores tropicales, mangos, cocos, papayas, plátanos, limas, Naranjas, mandarinas , guayaba y otras frutas tropicales. "Finders, que tengan cuidado!"

A sólo 55 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Liberia (LIR). Estamos ubicados a unos 3 km. de Brasilito en el camino a Playa Flamenco. En la unidad de edificio del Banco Nacional a 300 metros al este - (dirección del Potrero). Primera entrada a la derecha. Hay un gran cartel que dice: "LOMAS DEL FLAMENCO - VILLAS Casa Loma" en la vía pública. Sube por el camino pavimentado en su lado derecho por aprox. 150 metros y a través de un par de puertas. Has llegado. -Los playa, restaurantes, bancos, bares más cercanos, se encuentran dentro a10 minutos suave paseo - otros restaurantes, tiendas, etc., están situados en los alrededores como well.There varias agencias de turismo cerca. Las reservas se hacen fácilmente para viajes de la tierra, paseos en bote, pesca, paseos a caballo, Canopy y ATV Tours, etc.
