Amazing
Spent an amazing three nights in this holiday house. Its one of the best accommodations we've stayed in. Plenty of space for six people, cosy, well equipped and in a great central location in Kelso. I can highly recommend this house and will definitely go back. Easy to book through Scottish borders holiday lets.

Amazing quality, comfort and standards
Scottish Borders Holiday lets are best in class. After several visits to various properties they are still my favourite for self catering.
Totally home from home with everything you could need but sooooo classy. I love the quality finishes that are everywhere.

Beautiful house
Beautiful quirky house in central location. Spotless and spacious, can’t fault Old Seed Store at all.

Excellent find that met our needs bang in the centre of Kelso.
Fantastic home from home for a 6 adult weekend stay in the middle of Kelso.
Great comms before our arrival, answering all our random questions, and allowing us to check-in earlier than stated on booking confirmation.
Loved the layout, decor and atmosphere of the place and had everything inside that I could think off, including a dishwasher ! What a bonus....
Really can`t pick a fault with the property once inside.
Location was great, being just off the main square of Kelso.
Only reason I haven`t given the 5 star review is due to the early check-out time on departure.
10am was a killer when you`ve been at a wedding the night before and safe to say there was a few grumpy tired faces, packing luggage,& having breakfast after a 8:30am rise.

Thank you for taking the time to give us such a fabulous review, with regards to a later departure we do always try to accommodate but unfortunately your leaving day was a change over and timings are tight for the cleaners.

The old seed store
Have stayed here before, lovely house finished to a very high standard. Excellent location in the centre of Kelso handy for all local amenities.
Would highly recommend.

Perfect for us.
The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There was six adults and there was plenty of space. Ideal situation for centre of Kelso

great location very modern
The old seed store is a great location just off the square in Kelso.The property is very clean and modern with 3 bedrooms which could sleep six.The only downside is the attic bedroom while large has limited roof height and an adult will find that they are bending continuously this should be mentioned in their description.
I would recommend this property for a short stay if you are visiting the Borders
