The setting for this house could not be more beautiful - with the very private ocean and lovely landscaping around the property. There are so many spots to sit and relax, whether you want sun or no sun, ocean views or garden views of birds and butterflies. Nico, Ana, and the other landscaping staff all were working very hard throughout the day to maintain the property. We were worried about the heat and seaweed in July, but it was all fine. I agree that it would help to speak Spanish since all of the on-site staff's English was limited. From walking the beach, this is the nicest set-up on Playa Secreto - so happy to have stayed here!

what a dream vaca for us, 1st vacation for all of us together in over 3 years, man did we pick the right love. Pictures do not do it justice, beach is amazing and raked daily, house was spotless and cleaned daily. All linens were sparkling white and fresh daily. Well stocked, pool was the best! We will be back, Ana & Nico, we loved them couldn’t have been better. She made us dinner 3 nights, it was amazing. Thank you for sharing your magical spot, best trip we ever had, The Masterson Family!!

This is our 2nd time staying on this property & truly love every minute! Nicolas & Anna were fantastic! They kept the property immaculate, Anna prepared two wonderful meals & did everything to make our stay feel special! The weather was absolutely perfect & we were grateful that the seaweed stayed away until we left. We will be back!

I couldn't have spent my 70th birthday in a more beautiful place. We were 7 ladies and WE ALL LOVED IT. The views were breathtaking, and it was so private we felt like we were on a private island. It's much prettier than the pictures showed. We're already planning a return trip next year. Ana and Nico were wonderful - they had fajitas and margaritas waiting for us upon our arrival and took care of all our needs during our stay. We were definitely spoiled, and loved it.

Our family has been vacationing to the Riviera Maya area for 20 years. This was a first time staying at Villa Picon. What a gem! We had an incredible time. The Villa is clean and well stocked and has 2 refrigerators! We spent countless hours on the beach and in the pool and the hot tub. It is so rare to find a villa with a private pool & hot tub just steps away from the ocean. Nico & Ana are so very friendly and kept everything clean and tidy. Ana cooked dinner for us on two nights and we should have done it more often. She is an excellent cook. Luis was very responsive to our questions before we got there. I highly recommend renting a car. Be sure to wake up early to see the sunrise. We enjoyed snorkeling in Puerto Morelos and the cenotes at Kin Ha. There is a very good restaurant in Hotel Puerto Morelos - on the beach. We will definitely go back!

Great property, great location, great staff! We’ve stayed at a few VRBOs and this has been our favorite. Rented a car and enjoyed the local culture, day trips and restaurants! Ana cooked for us twice; que Rico (delicious)! (Helps to speak some Spanish.) Well-stocked, peaceful, relaxing, and well-maintained. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

This was an absolute joy stay in Mexico for our family! The property is breathtaking, just as promised in the listing. The location was perfect as well... 15-30 minutes from any type of activity you could want, but your own private little getaway tucked away next to the sea. We spent a ton of time just hanging in the pool and the beach, which was fantastic! But also got to easily check out Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and Akumal. Nico and Anna were such a help and were a huge addition to the experience... especially the meals Anna made for our family. We didn't want to leave at all, and hope to be back again SOON!!

Villa Picon exceeded our expectations. We felt it was even more stunning in person than the pictures indicate. We arrived to the most unbelievable homemade guacamole and a pitcher of margaritas by Ana and Nico. We were met with the most stunning views of the Caribbean. Waking up every morning to the sunrise is something we will not soon forget. We had Ana cook a few meals for us, and we truly felt pampered. Nico did a great job managing the grounds, making sure the umbrellas were up every morning and the hot tub was just at the temperature we preferred. We rented a car, which I highly suggest everyone does, it allowed us to travel to Puerto Morales almost daily and enjoy the quaint and very walkable seaside village. Make sure you have Pesos as gas stations do not accept credit cards . We felt very safe, there is a security gate/guard to the entrance of this small residential complex. Wifi was adequate and reliable , not real fast but allowed us to do everything we wanted, I am already looking at dates for 2023 !!

Villa Picon is beautiful and just as pictured. This was our second visit, and we plan to make it a yearly vacation. Nico and Ana are wonderful and make the stay all the more enjoyable. Thanks again for an amazing vacation!
