nice place

This was our 2nd summer spending a week at this property and we have already requested to return next year! The cabin is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The deck is amazing- there is a view of the river and the sound is soothing. The neighboorhood is quiet and quaint and we enjoyed daily walks down the hill toward the bridge over the river. There is a trailhead that also leads to the river about a 5 min walk up the hill; we packed a picnic and hiked to the river to enjoy an afternoon. The lake is only ~5min away by car so you can spend the day at the lake but still spend your mornings and evenings at the cabin enjoying the solitude. We also went horseback riding which is about a 15 minute drive away. One evening we walked to the Strawberry Inn restaurant and had dinner out on the gazebo overlooking the river. Teri is great to work with and we highly recommend their property!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. We have been renting cabins in strawberry for 23 years and needed to find a new one this year. We went in with high expectations as the other cabin we stayed at was right on the river. The cabin was very clean and had a ton of space, it was wonderful to have fans in every room upstairs as we picked the hottest week to go. We spent many hours listening to the river from the deck. We hope to return.

The property is extremely well maintained and clean with a well stocked kitchen. You won't want to leave the deck as the view is beautiful and the sound of the river is peaceful. Great hiking trail just up the road that leads to the river. Minutes drive to Pinecrest lake. The owners are responsive, personable, and very helpful. Can't wait to return next year!
