Casa Del Mar offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom vacation home can accommodate up to 6 guests and a furry four legged companion. It features an open-room floorplan, tiled flooring, vaulted ceilings, and large windows with blue water views from nearly every room. The Sea Ranch Dog Park is right across the highway, convenient for this pet friendly home. The Del Mar Rec Center and Marine preserve are within walking distance. A leisurely drive down the coast will take you to golf courses, art centers, shopping, and dining. Inside, the common living space consists of a living room, kitchen, and dining area. An oversized sectional couch is placed in front of a mounted 55' flat screen TV. A woodstove is in the corner perfect for lighting a fire on a chilly night. Two lounge chairs face the stunning ocean view. Be sure to peek through the telescope at night to check out the stars. A washer and dryer are tucked away ready for any wet swim suits. A few strides brings you to the fully-equipped kitchen. Plenty of counter space and all appliances are provided to help a chef whip up anything from a scrumptious snack to a mouthwatering meal. Three seats are at the built-in breakfast bar creating dining space and a handy way for guests to keep a conversation going with the chef. Sit down at the dining table with seating for six to enjoy a meal together. If you are in the mood to dine alfresco, step outside onto the back deck. A picnic bench is available for you to dine and sip on a glass of wine outside. There is also a BBQ and private hot tub. This area is the perfect spot for stargazing at night. When you are feeling sleepy at the end of the night, there are three bedrooms to retire to. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King-sized bed and has an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom has a large shower and vanity. Two guest bedrooms have Queen-sized beds and full bathrooms. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made in the living room with a futon. Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, 18-hole golf course (open to the public), dog park, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use.
