The villa was very spacious and extremely clean. The pool and spa area is lovely and as it’s south facing we got the sun all day long. It’s near plenty of shops and restaurants and of course all the Disney parks. The owners were really good to work with and answered emails promptly and even gave us a late check out at short notice. We loved it so much we booked to stay again in 2024 while still there.

This is our 3rd stay in this villa and hopefully it won’t be our last. It is in a nice area and located close to theme parks and other attractions. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool and spa are great we all enjoyed using them after a long day out. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and were happy with everything that was supplied for us to use. The new TVs with Roku were a great addition especially for the kids. We also loved the games room and will miss being able to play pool every morning and evening. It felt like home as soon as we arrived and didn’t want to leave to go back to our actual home by the end of our stay. We hope to be able to visit again in the next few years. Stayed at Florida Tuscan Villa in October/November 2022, our first trip back since Covid came along! The villa was perfect for our family, facilities were just what we needed and suited us perfectly. Location suits us as we know the area well, and our favourite places to go are only a short drive away. Gated entry made you feel secure as well .Everything we needed was provided the villa, including pool towels, i always run out of packing space when i take my own. We ate out mostly, but kitchen and dining area was great when we did cook at home, everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner was there. Pool was lovely, we paid for pool heating and it worked very well, warmest pool we have used in years. Games room also great for some chill out time in the evenings. We would definitely consider for a return trip in the future. Thanks especially to the owners who accommodated our extra nights stay due to Hurricane Nicole, was great to be able to stay for an extra four days, thanks for a great stay.

The villa is lovely and spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool deck is excellent, sun all day and although backed by other villas, very private due to hedging running along the back and down the sides. The addition of the games room is a bonus and kept my husband occupied during down time. The owners and management company are excellent and dealt quickly with an issue we had and kept us informed when Hurricane Ian hit. Due to Hurricane Ian our flight home was cancelled and David and Julie allowed us to remain in the villa until TUI arrange a new flight home at a reduced rate. I have the villa 4 stars instead of 5 as there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The furniture in the lounge is well used and the cushions on the sofa are in need of replacing. The kitchen units are showing signs of age and would benefit form some replacement doors. With these improvements this would easily be a 5 star property.

We stayed at Dave & Julie’s villa for 11 nights and I can honestly say that it was perfect. The villa is immaculate, clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was ideal for spending quality family time, please we had a great time in the pool with spa. Dave & Julie were quick to answer questions before I booked and gave us very helpful advice for restaurants etc close by. We would recommend this villa to everyone and have no hesitation in booking it ourselves in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

The villa is on a beautiful gated complex nearby all amenities, close to Disney and other attractions. It is really well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The pool and spa are amazing perfect for relaxing at any time of the day our favourite time being of an evening after a long day at the parks. Villa is so spacious plenty of room for everyone, very useful with teenagers! This was our third attempt to visit after travel restrictions and well worth the wait. Dave and Julie are incredible hosts rescheduling our dates and so helpful supplying all the information we needed - Thank You! We would definitely visit again

We booked this villa in 2020 but was cancelled due to covid, David and Julie were brilliant at helping us to reschedule our dates even allowing us to add more days onto our holiday so we actually stayed here for just under three weeks. The villa was lovely and spacious. We liked how all the bedrooms were spaced around the lounge. It was lovely being able to open a door in our bedroom right onto the pool. I spent most of my time in the spa watching the kids enjoying time in the pool, definitely a lovely place to relax.
