During this period, construction scaffolding and sheets will be set in sections, three floors at a time. The work is detailed and extensive and depending on the phase it may require limiting the unit patio/balcony access, limiting of the common patio, limiting of the pool, and/or relocation of some parking spaces. While the contractor will strive to minimize the noise level and dust, we cannot make any guarantees.
