This villa was very cozy. My family and I enjoyed our stay! I think this would be a great stay for families with young children. It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood very close to walmart and the highway. The decor is dated and carpets could use a shampooing. It honestly looks better in person! The owner's communication was great. Overall, I would rent this villa again.

Fantastic villa, fantastic location
This villa was awesome. Spot on for location - took around 15 minutes to drive to all the Disney parks at busy times. Walmart 5 minutes away. The villa had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable and lovely. Pool and hot tub were fab. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back - our 2 families both loved it. Host very responsive and helpful to all my questions before booking. I had no need to contact anyone while we were away, but all the info was available should we have had any issues. Thanks for having us!

Great location, good price
The villa is in a great location, one of the main reasons we chose it. About 10mins to Disney property, Walmart down the road as well as all the main restaurants. We paid pretty reasonable price for the villa. Overall it was spacious, had a decent sized pool and had everything we needed.
The villa is a little dated, and could do with some TLC in places, (blinds were broken in one room, few things had seen better days).
One issue we had while we were there was the AC in the second bedroom (with en-suite) didn’t seem to be working. We contacted the management company and they got AC people out to have a look, they serviced the system and said everything seemed alright, but the still seemed to be no AC blowing in that room, which made it a bit uncomfortable some of the time for those in that room.
Other than that the management company were very helpful, we stayed during a hurricane they made sure we had what we needed, and checked up on us the following day. We had no cable TV or broadband for a few days because of the hurricane and they tried to keep us updated regarding the issue.

Fantastic Villa
Just back from a fantastic stay in Marks villa. Cannot praise this villa enough. Spacious with everything you need for a holiday. Lots of little extras left by the management and previous holiday makers makes this a real home from home. South facing pool which gets the sun all day. Fantastic hot tub too which was great after a busy day at the parks. Location....unless you stay on site at Disney you will not get a better location. From driving out the driveway of the villa to driving through the entrance of WDW.......11 minutes!! Walmart 4 mins away. And a abundance of restaurants within a few minutes drive. Communication from Mark was excellent from the minute we booked. Comprehensive instructions on how to get to the villa and loads of great information about the villa prior to and during our stay both from Mark and the management company. Had to contact Mark about a small issue during our trip and it was resolved the same day. I would highly recommend this villa - you will not be disappointed

Family Vacation
This property was excellent value for money. It was a spacious 4 bedroom property with 3 bathrooms. It has all the equipment you need to enjoy everyday life including little extras such a a games room along with equipment for a young baby. The pool was a lovely way to finish off very busy days.
It's location to Disney was superb and just set back from all the restaurants and shops you would need big and small.
I would highly recommend this place and would definitely book again if I was to visit again

Amazing place and great location!
Everything was amazing, the house was clean and nice and in a great location. I will definitly coming back.. I highly recommend this place!!

Muy linda casa
Todo bien con la casa, lo mejor el Jacuzzi en la zona de la piscina.
Podría mejorar la cocina un poco antigua.
Otra mejora serían las almohadas y cubrecamas del cuarto principal, lo demas muy bueno.

Amazing once again
Stayed here 3 times here so far and I will be back. This home is perfect. Close to Disney. Easy location. Pool and tub are great. Mark is always great and prompt. Thank you, see you again in 2023.

Great Stay
The house was a better option than hotel rooms. The house was very clean and they had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. They also provided pool towels for the pool or jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and a good option in the evening.
Each bedroom had a TV and they had a pool table in the garage.
It's a quiet neighborhood.
It's not far from Disney or Walmart for groceries.
