It was a very nice stay. They accommodated our dogs which was nice.

Very relaxing and fun vacation in Monson. House and property had everything needed or wanted to enjoy a week away. Close enough to Greenville and moose head yet quiet enough to relax. Walkable to “Downtown Monson” which was perfect for kids to fish or get a treat or to run/swim the dogs. Host was a great communicator amd house was fully stocked. Cooked in a lot and had all the tools necessary. Location was great for us to explore on the atv’s. Can’t wait to come back during snowmobile season.

The house was perfect for us (me, my husband, 2 kids and grandfather). Plenty of space for all of us. The location was very close to downtown Monson. We never walked downtown but you certainly could, it's that close. The owners have done quite a bit of updating but it is an older home. However, don't let that deter you. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area. FYI: TV in every room (no cable, only streaming) and plenty of board games/card games for your enjoyment. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Monson, we went up for a combination of Deer hunting and a Thanksgiving get together. This home had everything that we needed to cook the whole meal very comfortably, the dishes were very nice, very spacious kitchen. A beautiful dining room and very comfy living room. We will definitely be back. We also brought two dogs and there was a nice area to walk them behind the house. A family friendly home.

House was clean and welcoming, the backyard was large and the dog loved it, there was plenty of towels/linens, and kitchen was well stocked, and for the warm and humid week we were there, the window AC units were great! Checking and checkout were a breeze!

We took a trip to visit family and this house was the perfect get away. The decorations and art of Maine were adorable and the home had the old farm house charm with modern comforts. Our puppies loved to be able to have a safe and place and the view of Boarstone Mountain while drinking out coffee was beyond amazing! Definitely recommend the stay if you are visiting Monson or want to take in Moosehead Lake because it’s so close. We will definitely be back!

Warm and friendly place, one that we would enjoy returning to! I enjoyed waking to a view of the Borestone Mountain range, it's proximity to the town of Monson is an added benefit with the artistic shops and the trail head to the Appalachian Trail. The electronics/internet was updated that we had no problems. We so appreciated a dog-friendly place, with a nice yard where our Labrador could run.
