This rental had most everything we needed and it was close to many attractions and places to explore in the UP. The only thing I would change is providing a broom - there was a vacuum but a broom would have been more efficient for us. The deck was nice and there was plenty of room for all guests.

We enjoyed our stay in the UP. The place was close for many day trips and it was great having four bedrooms and two bathrooms for our large family. It wasn't quite as expected, but was still reasonable and affordable.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. The furniture was a bit outdated and the stairs to the basement were sketchy, but not a big issue. The rooms were a good size, as was the yard and deck. It wasn't close to any beaches. Although the property is located right in town with many grocery stores and places to eat, which was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood and close to Kinross Speedpark (Fairgrounds). Basement steps a little sketchy and lawn could have used a little TLC, but would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for us (family of 4) at the end a long day driving from WI. Had everything we needed and the neighborhood was very quiet.

This economical property worked well for our large family. The location was great for getting downtown and seeing some of the sights. The basement bedrooms are connected and some areas of the house seemed a little worn. There were a few odd things lying around the property that we don't normally see at other VRBOs (items you might have at your house, but not a place meant for guests). Overall, for us this was fine and our kids were happy with the basement lodging.

Perfect location for mini day trips on our motorcycles.
