Although the home was in the country it was not a “smelly old country home”. It has been updated and was wonderfully decorated. Each room had a theme. We loved our stay here and loved being able to bring our pets. It even has a fenced back yard where they could get out and get some exercise. It’s not too far away from St. Louis or some of the state parks that we wanted to visit.

This home was great! Very spacious and a perfect fit for the family stay. The property had everything we needed from the coffee maker in the morning to the laundry machines after the kids finished playing all day. It is close to everything in Desoto and the surrounding areas making it very convenient when visiting the area. We would definently stay there again.

This home was perfect for 7 of us to stay at. The decor made the home even more cozy. There was some animal hair hanging out so not recommended if you have pet allergies. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows as well. Also plenty of towels and shampoo, conditioner and soap. The basement had a space heater which was nice as it got cold down there. I do recommend plugging the coffee pot into the outlet next to the fridge because it caused the space heater downstairs to turn off every time. There was no remote for the tv which was only a slight inconvenience. I would not recommend this home for someone that needs to get work done on their laptop, the wifi Could not support our VPN and we had to go into town to get wifi for work. Overall we would absolutely stay again!
