Property as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood. Pool was clean and lots of space within the house. Property manager was super attentive and friendly. We have recommended this listing to other friends. A good jump off point to places in the Catskills. Thank you.

The house accommodated our small group perfectly. The property was very clean and spotless. The location is perfect, enough to enjoy private time. I fell in love with the backyard view! Very spacious and beautiful. The manager kept in contact before, during, and after our stay. We will DEFINITELY be back!

It was really nice !

We enjoyed ourselves so much on our family vacation, that we voted to come back next year. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of sleeping and personal space. Holly, the property manager was there to greet us and to answer any questions via text that came up during our stay. We had a minor problem with the pool but the property manager and the owner took care of the problem swiftly and fairly. We enjoyed the water park a few blocks away and the grocery store was only 12 minutes away. We weren't able to use the boat; only due to the rain filling the boat with water, but the backyard is very large along with a separate area for grilling (2 grills) and a bonfire. The dual decks gave us a lot of space to hang out and the electric awning gave us shade in the daytime. The kitchen does get quite warm even with the A/C on but the bedrooms were quite cool, perfect for sleeping. It would have been great to have extra seating in the living room instead of the big desk that was there but we spent a lot of time, thankfully on the deck. Our suggestions would be an additional patio table and chairs would be nice since the table only seats 6 and the house can hold more people than that. We also would have liked to see a gate on the deck steps that lead to the pool since we did have little ones. We would recommend this property to anyone we know. We LOVED our stay.

The property is well kept. My entire family and friends enjoyed our stay specially the kids. The house manager was very accomodating with our needs. A perfect house to spent vacation with love ones.

Looking for 4 bedroom home on lake. House was spotless and fully updated; owners were more than helpful. In spite of bad weather, our family of 9 (adults kids, 1 grandchild) were able to thoroughly enjoy the weekend. Any issues (wasp nest, pool filter) were minor and quickly addressed. We visited few local attractions, restaurants, etc... but mostly had fun, quality time at the house, using all features and amenities of a home. Only note: set up is more like a 3.5 bedroom than 4 full bedroom. One room is connected to master suite near bed, so suitable for a small child, perhaps. But, not for use as a full bedroom. Other rooms were large w comfortable bed, so doubling up was not a problem. Do not hesitate...rent this home!

Enjoyed the house, caretaker friendly and responsive

Went up there with 3 other couples for an early bday celebration and we all had a really nice time. The house was very nice. The layout is a little different because 2 rooms were attached but it didn’t really bother us. The master was very nice and spacious. Holly was very helpful and got in touch with me a couple of days before our arrival. We’re looking to go back in the summer!

Enjoyed the house and serenity

There were pros and cons to this property that aren't noted in the description, as I'm sure you can't list everything. Pros: They added a stone patio area with fire pit and grill. The yard is enormous and perfect for fun activities. They provide many amenities such as multiple coffee makers, pool floats, beach chairs, camp chairs, etc. The bathrooms are gorgeous, all of them renovated. You have your own laundry room. They have tons of pillows, blankets, linens, bath towels and provide beach towels. The fact that they allow pets is a big bonus. There are two levels to the house. Cons: The 4th bedroom is tandem and off of the master. The rooms are broken up, kind of choppy for a large group sharing space. No central air, although there are multiple air conditioners provided. One TV in the living room. We personally had an issue with the freezer not working although we're easy going so it didn't hinder our group too much, owner also immediately offered for someone to come fix it in addition to provide us with cooler and ice. A majority of the windows don't have screens so you can't let the cool air in at night. The canoe and dock area are a bit run down. The lake was under an Algae bloom so were unable to use the lake. The couch in the living room has seen better days. Overall our large group truly had a great weekend and would recommend this property to others.
