The cabin is in a convenient location, but getting to it is not (dirt road is steep, full of deep holes and only one lane). When we were there, the fireplace didn’t work because it was out of propane gas; the television kept buffering and the place doesn’t have cable service to watch the Super Bowl; and Wi-Fi service in Murphy is not consistent. There are two dogs next door that bark at nothing constantly … it was very annoying when you’re trying to go to sleep at 10:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. when you’re on vacation.
There is a $100 cleaning fee that I learned after I made the reservation and couldn’t cancel.
The owner was nice and apologetic, but I was really looking forward to a fireplace with a glass of wine, watching the Super Bowl on a big screen television instead of an IPad, and celebrating Valentine’s Day.
As a fellow VRBO owner where hospitality is the livelihood of my business, I don’t recommend this cabin and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice clean comfortable house
Beautiful mountain views, very clean and comfortable house. Everything you need is at the house, would Yuri pd recommend this house if your video s biting Murphy.

Beautiful cabin in Murphy! Great views of the mountains. Owners very nice and responses quickly. Will stay here again!
