This was our first visit to this beautiful luxurious cottage and it won't be our last. We can highly recommend this cottage as it has everything you need and the owner Louise goes out of her way and far beyond to make your stay a happy and memorable one. This lovely lady left us a more than generous welcome pack, milk, cake, biscuits, a mixture of fruit drinks, a sample of Alnwick special gin, and a large bottle of wine. The house was spotlessly clean. Comfy beds with luxurious bedding and plenty of towels for us to use. If you are a technophobe Google is around in every room. There are plenty of games, books, DVDs, Netflix, Wifi, and Internet connection, just in case of any bad weather. The owner has left out instructions for all appliances to make them easy to use. There is plenty of off-road parking near the cottage, and the owner also left a free parking disk for us to use around the town. Although in a quiet residential area the cottage is only a short walk into the town. Plenty of shops, restaurants, museum, theatre, and Barter Books. It will take you around twenty minutes to get to any of the Northumberland coastlines'. This lovely cottage is an ideal place to stay. I would just like to thank Louise and her team for going out of their way to make our first visit a happy one. See you next year.

This was our 4th visit to Peaseblossom Cottage and it was a real pleasure to be here again, especially in the lovely May weather. We look forward every time to the scrummy cakes which await us, as well as a whole basket of goodies. The cottage was warm and welcoming and felt like home. We walked on the coast every day and tried out some new restaurants (recommend the Potted Lobster in Bamburgh and the local Italian restaurant Di Sopra). Great place to relax after a long day and a good night's sleep in the comfy bed. Will be back soon.

Peaseblossom House is very comfortable and equipped to a very high standard. It had everything we needed for our 10 day stay, and more. We loved the Google Mini Nests, the location was excellent and very easy to walk around the Alnwick town center. Parking is on street but we never had any difficulty finding a space. We'll definitely visit again.

What an absolute gem of a cottage. We have stayed in Alnwick on many occasions but this was our first time in Peaseblossom House. Spotlessly clean (thanks Mandy), in the perfect location and a real home from home. Louise has thought of everything and the treats on arrival are a delight. A brilliant holiday. We will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed staying here again. It's such a beautifully furnished and warm house. Lovely welcome with the most tasty cake and other goodies! Great position for visiting attractions in the town, and really easy to drive a few miles to the lovely coastal areas.

Pease Blossom House is in a great location, in walking distance from Alnwick Castle and Barter Books. It's beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The house was well supplied with everything we needed and was very comfortable. I would recommend it and would definitely go back for any future Alnwick visit. The extra treats left for us were also very much appreciated!

Falstaff House is a real gem . It’s homely , clean , warm and comfortable . It’s perfectly located in Alnwick and easy walking distance into town . All the extra touches were very much appreciated and Louise was so helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Beautiful home that feels like home the moment you walk in. Louise has thought of everything to make your stay stress-free and comfortable. Best sleep away we have ever had! Comfy beds and calming decor throughout. Alnwick town and Barter Books within a 10 min walk and the breathtaking Northumberland countryside and beaches on the doorstep. One of the best places we have ever stayed in in the UK. A gem!
