Super private beach house with a great ocean view. Parts of house the house are older some more modern. House had everything that we needed. Separate studio had a bit of a musty smell but we didn’t need to use it so it wasn’t an issue for us. Private stairs to beach was nice, some great tide pools right below, however the stairs would be difficult for some. Would definitely go back.

The house was so cozy with a beautiful view!

We had such a lovely stay! Loved the location, access to the beach, views of the ocean and the hot tub! The house was very clean and had everything we needed!

Good location in seal beach, I thought the place was pretty great with plenty of space and felt cozy. Wish there was more food nearby as it was 10 miles either way to get dinner.

The house was so much better than expected. The hot tub looks out over the ocean and at sunset it’s unreal. Lots of bedding available, kitchen has most of what you need but pretty minimal. The included extra studio is nice if you have multiple families/couples. It’s small but is good for two. The foot of the studio bed stares at the ocean. I was told the pull out couch was very comfortable. It’s one of the only houses near that has its own private stairs to the beach below. The beach was usually sparse and at low tide you can go see tide pools. We will be back! The only suggestion I’d provide for the owners is to put in more hooks as there is no where to dry your swimsuits or towels from the beach/hot tub!

It was clean and cozy. The late arrival and early check out are a bummer though. But, other than that. Beautiful.

We loved our stay! Only complaint would be the beds are kind of uncomfortable. Other than that, it was amazing.

We had a great time at this home. Everything was clean, well stocked and you can’t beat that view!

The house is well-situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The steps down to the beach, while steep, are useful. The hot tub worked perfectly. It was nice to sit in it while it was sprinkling. It was also relaxing to sit by the fire pit (wood is on the side of the second house). The houses were clean. Every room has it's own heater. It was a restful stay with three adults, two kids, and a small dog. Thank you!
