There are 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor Bedroom #1 - has a queen size bedroom set and a 32" flat screen tv connected to a Blu-Ray player Bedroom #2 - has a queen size bed and twin bunk beds as well as a full bathroom with a stand up shower. A 55" flat screen tv hooked up to Blu-Ray player. Towels, linens and pillows are provided but please bring towels for the pool. I supply 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs and hand soap Towels, Linens and Pillows are provided.Please bring pool towels. Washer and dryer are provided but you will need to provide your own laundry detergent The back deck has a propane BBQ grill and table and chairs.There are 2 propane tanks provided.Enjoy watching deer and turkeys roam the woods from the back deck. The Parking lot for this unit is located on Camelback Rd right next to the association office and clubhouse ( CLUSTER 1A ) No driving is required to Camelbeach Waterpark, Ski Slopes or the Clubhouse.This house is in the perfect location for everyone to enjoy.
