Located in Santa Ponsa, in the south-east of Mallorca, this spectacular apartment offers a shared pool and space for 4 people.<br><br>The shared salt pool, sizing 8m x 4m and a depth of 1.3m to 1.8m is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds, where you can enjoy the maximum of the good weather. On the first floor, the large terrace invites you to dream in the Caribbean hammock, perhaps accompanied by a cocktail. The terrace is furnished so you can have a nice dinner outside with your family. The building is shared with one neighbour and it's located in the town. In case you need it, we can provide you a cot and highchair. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. An air conditioning is installed in the hallway between the rooms. Apart from this, there are four fans. If you are visiting us in the winter we can provide two electric radiators. You can find the beach of Santa Ponça at half a kilometre distance with fine sand. In the village you can find all the necessary facilities for an independent stay, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs and some good restaurants. If you like golf, there are two very good golf courses not far away,in Santa Ponsa and in Poniente. By car you can explore wonderful beaches, like Cala Fornells, Camp de Mar and the little cove of Sant Elm. From Sant Elm you can make a boat trip to the island of Dragonera, it used to be a military base, but today it is a protected natural area. In the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, you can make a cultural visit and see the famous Cathedral named La Seu, the castle of Bellver with his panoramic views over the bay of Palma and as well of the the picturesque old town. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Please consult the advertiser for additional charges. We do not accept pets. Events are not permitted. The pool is shared with one neighbour. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
