Situated at about 800 feet above sea level, you will notice that our climate is more comfortable; less heat and humidity, typically breezy and cool evenings. You will soon appreciate the ideal layout of your home. Two master suites with ensuite bathrooms situated on opposite sides of the condo for a little separation, you nonetheless have the ideal gathering space in the central part of the unit; with the open-concept kitchen, dining for six, and spacious living room all feeding out to the large enclosed lanai, where you will undoubtedly spend most of your time. The first master bedroom has a King-size bed with ensuite which features a double sink vanity, large jetted garden tub, separate shower, and separate toilet closet. The second Master has two twin beds (that can be converted into a king size bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower and separate toilet closet. The extra half bathroom off the entry way allows for the guests on the sofa sleeper to have access to their own bathroom. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV with basic cable, and direct access to the lanai. Your enclosed lanai lets the cool breezes and tropical views in, at the same time giving you the feeling of complete privacy. There is a wet bar, as well as a dry bar where you can savor your favorite beverages while enjoying the TV on your lanai and not missing any mountain and golf course views! The lanai gives you the added option of another dining location or place to relax. Upgraded kitchen with quartz countertops is stocked to easily make yourself at home. A dishwasher and full size washer and dryer make your stay even easier, as does the included WiFi and beach gear that we furnish. *Waikoloa Fairways is a gated complex with immaculately kept grounds, an inviting swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs providing access to sun or shade, hot tub spa, and outdoor kitchen complete with Weber Genesis BBQ grills. *Amenity card also provided to grant golf discounts at Waikoloa Village golf club, and access to tennis courts just steps away. *Restaurants, grocery store, post office, pharmacy all just minutes away. *10-15 minute drive to renowned beaches. *25 minutes from the Kona Airport. *Please note: This condo is in Waikoloa Village and is not part of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. **A one time $100 resort fee applies to all reservations.
