A precious "Guide" (personally written by Flavio, the owner) is offered to our guests. By appointment Flavio is available with pleasure to assist and advise guests on restaurants and agriturismo reservations, boat excursions, car trips, horseback ridings on the beach, visits to the national park etc ... .. His experience and the utmost respect for privacy has a dominant role.

Place full of passion and incredible smells
Hey,
We had the pleasure of spending 10 days in this beautiful place, Flavio, a huge Thank You for that!!!.
The owner's help, hints and recommendations were invaluable.
As for the apartment we have no complaints, everything thought out, with idea and passion.
Aside from the smells of flowers and herbs all around, you can feel the commitment, love and passion that was invested to create such a beautiful place.
If you read in reviews often about the super host, this is no coincidence....this is what I subscribe to and it is worth taking a cue from Flavio!
Another great asset was that the property is designed in such a way that even though we were there in high season, we had a sense of complete intimacy as if we were the only guests at L'ea di Lavru.
The property is not right by the sea but the views we experienced compensated the distance in every way.
Besides a few technical matters, the apartment is equipped with everything necessary, very clean, the bed also very comfortable....and the ever-repeating creativity in the details of the finishing of the apartment....like little sweet cookies

Beautiful L'Ea di Lavru.
This was our third time staying at L'Ea di Lavru and second time in apartment number 9. It's a beautiful studio apartment with a wonderful design, great view and a covered terrace (which is a godsend in the heat of July and August). The apartment is in a very secluded and quiet part of the complex but the entire complex is an oasis of peace and tranquility. We dearly love visiting L'Ea di Lavru and miss it terribly when we are not there.

Es ist und wird immer (m)ein Paradies bleiben !
Ich habe das L'Ea die Lavru vor einigen Jahren mit meiner besten Freundin entdeckt, und wir kommen seither jedes Jahr hierher, weil es einfach nicht zu toppen ist! Ja, wie kann man L'Ea die Lavru in Worte fassen? ... eigentlich ist es schwierig.... alles ist einfach wunderbar hier... eine Oase, ein Paradies!!
Die Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt mit vielen Pflanzen. Beim "Heimkommen" abends wird man mit stimmungsvoller leiser Musik empfangen- toll! Die Appartments sind alle unterschiedlich groß und so angelegt, dass jeder seine Privatsphäre genießen kann, eine herrliche Aussicht von den Terrassen auf den Tavolara und das Meer kommt noch dazu.
Zu erwähnen ist natürlich auch das Team rund um Flavio sowie der Maestro selbst :)) Alle sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt einfach überhaupt nichts auszusetzen für mich! 2023 ist fest eingeplant.
15-20 Min. mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt, trotzdem absolut kein Fluglärm - top!! Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig auf einem Hügel gelegen und doch in Strand- und Einkaufsnähe. Es ist in Porto San Paolo alles für das tägliche Leben vorhanden. (ca. 5 Autominuten von der Anlage).
Als absolute Strandliebhaberin ist dieser Punkt natürlich sehr wichtig für mich, und die Strände in der Umgebung sind einfach traumhaft, karibisch, sauber, wunderschön und in 10-15 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen!!
Ausflugsziele gibt es wirklich sehr viele. Flavio gibt großartige Tipps in seinem Reiseführer wie Strände, Ausflüge per Boot, Restaurants, Agriturismo, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Alles ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!!

Herrlicher erholsamer Aufenthalt
Wunderschön gelegene und sehr gepflegte Appartments. Von unserer Terrasse hatte man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Insel Tavolara, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, extrem sauber, das Beste aber sind die Gastgeber. Flavio hat die Anlage mit viel Herzblut entworfen und mit hochwertigen und natürlichen Materialen gestaltet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die besondere Atmosphäre hat sicherlich viel dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr gut erholen konnten. Danke auch für Deine tollen Ausflugs- und Restaurantstipps, Flavio, und danke für die Arbeit im Hintergrund, Lorella. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Mein Paradies auf Sardinien!
Die schönste Unterkunft überhaupt !!
Nicht ohne Grund habe ich mit meiner besten Freundin bereits zum 5.Mal meinen Urlaub im L'Ea di Lavru verbracht!!
Es ist schwer, in Worte zu fassen, was diese Appartmentanlage beinhaltet und ausstrahlt. Hier stimmt einfach alles, die Lage, die tollen Wohnungen, die grandiose Aussicht, die Sauberkeit, das hilfsbereite Personal, der wunderschöne Garten, die sanfte Musik abends, die durch die Anlage schwingt - ein echter Feel-Good-Faktor und natürlich der super sympathische Besitzer Flavio, mit seinen tollen Vorschlägen zum Erkunden der Umgebung. Es ist für jedermann was dabei.
Ich werde 2022 auf jeden Fall zurück sein:)

Soggiorno 5 stelle
Il nostro soggiorno a l’Ea di Lavru ha decisamente superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Il villaggio è curato nei minimi dettagli e gode di una splendida vista su Tavolara. Ogni appartamento è unico e progettato su misura dal proprietario Flavio, il quale è sempre stato molto disponibile durante tutta la nostra vacanza. Un plus è costituito dalla sua guida fornitaci al check-in nel quale sono consigliati dettagliatamente ristoranti, spiagge e attività da svolgere. Ci siamo affidati completamente ai suoi suggerimenti e non siamo mai rimasti delusi! Speriamo di poter tornare presto in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso. Consigliato al 100%!

Ottima esperienza - da ripetere
La struttura è molto curata, con un bellissimo giardino e gli appartamenti (11, di varie dimensioni) molto confortevoli, ciascuno con terrazzino un po’ appartato vista Tavolara. Flavio è una risorsa con i suoi contatti e suggerimenti, tutti azzeccati, su spiagge, ristoranti ecc. ecc. Torneremo (presto, spero)

Excellent !
Pour notre deuxième séjour, nous sommes toujours aussi enchantés du cadre reposant, de l'ambiance, de la beauté des jardins. L'accueil et les conseils avisés de Flavio pour nous faire découvrir les endroits insolites rendent ce séjour particulièrement agréable avec l'envie d'y revenir.
La décoration intérieure (ameublement, lumières) est exceptionnelle et de grande qualité.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht
Das Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet, mit allem was man für einen angenehmen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Besonders waren die Gestaltung und das Lichtkonzept. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Insel Tavolara ist traumhaft. Die Außenanlage sehr gepflegt! Die Empfehlungen von Flavio für kleine Ausflüge zur Erkundung der Insel waren sehr hilfreich.

Wundervolles Appartement mit Bestem Meerblick, Urlaub im Paradies
Wunderschön angelegte Appartements, sehr stilvoll und liebevoll im Design. Bester Meerblick auf die Insel Tavolara von der Terrasse. Der Außenbereich wurde Abends super schön beleuchtet und zur perfekten Atmosphäre mit passender Musik hinterlegt. Zudem war Flávio der perfekte Gastgeber, super freundlich und hilfsbereit, er hat sich um sämtliche Reservierungen für Restaurants und Aktivitäten gekümmert! Seine Tipps waren einfach sensationell....
