This apartment comes with all necessary amenities including a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, two LCD TVs, free WiFi, hair dryer, iron and iron board and a lift. Linen, quilts, blankets and bath towels are also provided. The apartment, which is serviced with a lift, is located just 80 meters from the sea and the famous Bugibba Promenade and close to all amenities including a supermarket, retail shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. House Rules: -Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment although guests may do so on the balcony. -Secure Parking is available within the same block at an extra charge -Linen is changed once every 7 days during lets of longer than 14 days. Before checking-out, guests are asked to ensure that all kitchen utensils, crockery, etc are left in a clean and proper state. -Airport transfers to and from the apartment are available on request. -Listed Prices include 25 Kwh of electricity per day which is more than enough for normal use of the apartment. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Eur 0.30/Kwh. -For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a loading of Eur 50 over and above the total booking amount to cover cleaning costs. -Check-in: after 15:00, Check-out: before 11:00 -A €35 fee applies for check-ins after 9:00pm -- Dear Guest, as from June 20, 2016, the Government of Malta is introducing an Environmental Contribution. All revenue generated from this initiative will be used to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands. Those older than 18 years of age are required to pay an Environmental Contribution amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for holidays in Malta and Gozo. The contribution must be paid separately on arrival to your booked property and is not included in the property rate charged. Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the center of Bugibba was luxury and exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much. There was a welcome pack waiting for us which was very much appreciated. The sea, restaurants and various shops were almost at the doorstep. Everything seemed to be a short walk, ie the bus station for travel to other parts of the Island, which we did. Our only issue with this property was there was some major construction going on both above and below our apartment 7 days from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm which was extremely noisy on the days we chose to stay in.

Hi , to every body that reads this review , what a fantastic apartment , close to all ammenities , bars restuarants , the sea is about 3 -5 mins walk , the apartment is very big has everything in it fully air conditioned if you want it on , on the 2nd floor so easy to use the stairs but there is a good lift for up to 8 people huge gas cooker , huge fridge freezer , great front balcony with table and chairs , what a fantastic week we had totally recommended .

The apartment is fantastic, the photos just don't make it clear as to how much space you have- well worth the money for your stay. The owner is excellent at communictaion, responding very quicly and makes the whole process very smooth. Bugibba square is right on the doorstep with restaurants and bars abut 1min away and surprisingly this isn't heard in the apartment. There is some building work still taking place on the building and Maltese law allows them to start early, but we were up and out most days before they started. When the work is comlplete, this will be an amazing block of apartments.

The apartment is excellent and is as good as the description on website.It was particularly pleasant sitting, eating and drinking on the large balcony. There was every thing we needed - very well equipped and with lovely modern furnishings,also everywhere was very clean. Some reviews have mentioned building work- we did not experience any problems with this. We would also recommend the taxi pick-up arranged with the apartment owner.

Our apartment was exactly as described on Trip Advisor. In the central area of Buggiba and close to shops, restaurants, port, buses and car rental. The amenities were second to none, fully equipped, modern and immaculant. The only downside was that the landlord was hard to contact and did not answer the first few calls I made upon arriving in Malta and also did not reply to my text messages. The lift in the apartment was not operating at times and the actual frontage of the apartment very untidy with rubbish left out front and not maintained daily which let down the beautiful apartment once you went inside. Workmen were very noisy every morning starting at before 8.00 am and the building is not yet complete which exposed cords hanging in the entrance near the lift. The lift was also full of dust and not cleaned. Very disappointing in appearance and not much of a sign out front either which could make it easy to miss. I told my family its a few doors up from McDonalds. I thought the town centre would be noisy as the apartment was in the middle of the square however the workmen were louder. I would stay there again if I were going to stay in Buggiba again however I think the quieter Mellieha with the beautiful beach is also a good place to stay as long as you rent a car as we ended up doing. Make sure you visit St. Julians, Comino and Gozo which are beautiful places and Valletta is a lovely town with lots of interesting history.

I have to say the apartment was beautiful, close to the sea,restaurants and bars. Having said that the building is under construction and had I known that I would not of booked this apartment. The builders started at 6.45am in the morning and a big crane with a huge metal bucket in was going past our balcony, not very pleasant to sit out,very dusty.However if the building was finished which will be a long while yet, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I just think when this property is advertised on Holiday Lettings people should be told of the ongoing work.

Stayed here end of June with my mum and family. Beautiful apartment, couldn't fault anything inside. Everything you needed was there. Only downside was they are still building on top of appt so we were woken every day between 6.30 and 7,00. I also left my purse, the manager very kindly posted it back to me, unfortunately the maid had obviously emptied it of the small amount of money I had left in it. I would stay here again once all work has been carried out on the building as it's a great location and the apartment itself is very spacious and luxurious

Buen trato recibido por el propietario. El piso dispone de todo lo necesario para alojarse con comodidad. Sin duda volvería a alojarme en el. El edificio esta en reforma con lo cual la escalera y el portal están en obras, aunque ya lo sabíamos de antemano. Buen alojamiento. Servicio de transporte al aeropuerto puntual y muy correcto.

We chose this apartment for it's facilities, location and price. Excellent comm's with owner. Property manager was waiting with keys when we arrived. The flat was as described, very new and spotlessly clean. I particularly enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and watching the town come to life. Restaurants, shops inc mini markets all around. As a first time visitor I could not have been more pleased. There was building work in progress on the top floor but we were there to holiday and sight see and it didn't affect our stay. Although 2nd floor, there is a lift which was important for our party. I would hope to stay here if I visit Malta again.
