So yes, just about everything is at your doorstep. -- Dear Guest, as from June 20, 2016, the Government of Malta is introducing an Environmental Contribution. All revenue generated from this initiative will be used to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands. Those older than 18 years of age are required to pay an Environmental Contribution amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for holidays in Malta and Gozo. This apartment was in my opinion one of the better ones I have stayed in. I frequently visit my family in Malta and was very very impressed with the cleanliness and good standard of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Lovely location, close to bus terminus , restaurants and shops.

Lovely modern apartment exactly as pictured. transfer from airport were available at an extra cost but reasonable.we had a transfer booked one way from the airport and the driver was waiting for us outside the terminal. communication by emails between the owner and ourselves was frequent and informative. The apartment was very clean on arrival. The apartment is located within 5 mins walk to the main square of Bugibba where there are many restaurants and bars if you would like to eat out, Also the bus station to routes around Malta is only 10 minutes walk down the road the apartment is on. The only down sides we would say is that we was unsure who to contact during our holiday if we had any problems as no contact details were left in the apartment, On arrive the electric meter was read and we was told we could only use a certain amount of units which meant we didn't use the air con for fear of creating a bill for the electric at the end of our stay, even though at times with the heat this was needed to cool the room down at night as opening the balcony doors didn't always help.the road outside was a little noisy in the morning, being that we had the balcony door open but generally we had a good night sleep everynight The last down side would be the pressure of the shower could have been better, making it hard for my wife to wash her hair. in addition the rubber seal on the bottom of the glass door had a small gap meaning water leak out onto the floor, which we had to mop up with a towel everytime we used the shower. We forgot to mention these thing to the man that collected the keys on leaving the apartment. a comment book may be helpful. on leaving the apartment is was arranged for the keys to be collected at 11am and the man that collected was on time and didn't keep us waiting. In all we would stay here again and would recommend this rental to other travellers
