You've got the beach and a small supermarket on your doorstep with this apartment and it is extremely clean and is obviously someone's home when people aren't renting it. It would be a perfect base for a couple but didn't work for a young family in our case.
When we arrived the hot water tank wasn't plugged in and took a long time to heat up which made bath time for our toddler impossible after a full day travelling. The water tank is so small that it can only really do one shower and needs at least another half hour to recharge between times.
There was no plug for the bath so I had to improvise with the rubber top from a drinking cup we'd brought with us.
There are cleaning utensils in the flat but you'll need to bring everything else to eat and drink and washing powder if you want to do laundry.
The oven is very old - it works, but takes a while to figure out how to use and the convection hob also works but has a mind of its own! As a family with a small child we needed to eat in most nights and could have done with a better equipped kitchen.
By contrast, we stayed in an air bnb in Girona straight after this and were blown away by how thoughtful the owner had been by leaving us breakfast and toys for our toddler.
I also feel the notion of spending £50 on the basic requirement of towels and sheets for this apartment to be out of date. These need to be included in a rental in my view.
