El piso de Daniel está muy bien.Se encuentra a tan solo 2 minutos de la playa,en una zona tranquila pero cerca de restaurantes y supermercados.Cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos días en la playa.Sin duda repetiría.

Last 2 days were a disaster
The apartment was fine except the shower was very small and water presdure not up to much having said that we coped (even with the electric tripping out every few minutes when you had more than 2 appliances on) up and to the last 2 days. On the Sunday the electric tripped out again but would not reset after some time and investigating by unplugging everything and plugging back in one at a time we found it was the water heater faulty therefore we had no hot water. When I eventually got hold of the apartment rep on the Monday morning she said she could not do anything without speaking to the owner and would phone me straight back I NEVER RECEIVED THIS CALL AND STILL HAVENT.Due to the fact we had no hot water and where travelling home on the Tuesday afternoon I had to book into a local hotel for Monday night at a cost of 40 euros so we could have a shower before we had our journey home. A very bad finish to frankly a mediocre appartment.

thank you for the feedback as it is always appreciated and although the vast majority of guests always enjoy and return to our apartment I am sorry you experienced the problem with the heater and did not have a perfect stay. This is unfirtunately one of those rare occurances that is hard to control and I wish that you had called me personally which is why I share my details to make sure guests are happy and looked after. The heater was faulty but is now replaced and we are also upgrading the shower to a larger version this week in order to make it more comfortable for our future guests. Regards Daniel

Fabulous beach views
Stayed for a week in this lovely apartment looking onto the beach. The apartment didn't disappoint. Very clean & tidy, English T.V, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine.... even had chairs for the beach, umbrella & picnic box. The beach is literally across the road. Daniel was very accommodating with our early flight allowing us to check in earlier than normal. Would definitely book again 😎

Guardamar apartment
An excellent apartment in a good location very close to the Beach. The apartment was very comfortable for a family of 4. Apartment host was excellent and very attentive in making sure everything was ok. If I was to provide one piece of feedback it would be that the shower needs a bit of an upgrade as it wasn’t very powerful. Apart from that I would highly recommend and will be looking to rebook.

The heaing was broken when I arrived, and was not repaired during my stay of 2 months.
Negative: Heating missing, which caused me a severe cold.
The balcony is on the north side of the apartment, therefore no sun during March and April.
The electricity "went down" in average once a day.
The location in Guardamar del Segura is ok.

there was an electricity supply issue to the whole block last March which caused the aircon/heater to break during your stay for which we apologised but also made sure there were 2 radiators to take their place. The buildings in this part of Spain are not the best for obtaining the heat in the winter.

Great for a relaxing May/Spring Bank break
Stayed in this apartment at Spring bank/May with my husband, 7yr old and mother in law. Plenty of space in apartment and lovely view of the beach from the balcony. Appartment block is very quiet and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The parks in the area are lovely and there was also a funfair on.

Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.
Eigentümer war sehr nett und zuverlässig bei alle fragen etc.
Strand ist sehr gut und sehr gut in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut.
Die Stadt Guardamar ist eine sehr schöne Stadt ... Die man immer wieder auf ein neues besuchen kann.
Danke an den Vermieter für das Vertrauen seines Appartement.

Très agréable
accueil chaleureux à l'agence.
Appartement de bon goût, fonctionnel, propre.
Vue magnifique, très proche de la mer et des commerces .

Lovely stay in beautiful Guardamar
Had a lovely stay in this two bedroom apartment in Guardamar. Apartment was clean, airy and had a lovely balcony with views towards the beach. Easy to slip into swimming gear and just stroll down to the beach! Apartment is on the 3 floor, but elevator worked perfectly well. Car is really not required since the town centre of Guardamar with its restaurants and shops is within walking distance and there is a nearby Carrefour Express where we did our grocery shopping. Having Internet access would be great, but being the first to rent this apartment who just had a new owner, I suppose this will be sorted out in the future. I would really recommend this apartment if you want to rent somewhere close to all the amenities Guardamar have on offer.
