Smoking inside the apartment/property is prohibited. Curtains and other equipment will be checked for smoke smell upon check-out. 2. The consumption of drugs or any other narcotic substances inside the property is strictly prohibited. 3. Check-in after 22:00 has an additional cost of 30€ and check-in after 00:00 has an additional cost of 50€, which will be charged upon entry. 4. Check-out before 10:00 does not envisage assistance of the company's personnel. In such case, the client may leave a keys inside the apartment. 5. In line with the community standards, music and disturbing noise are not allowed between 22:00 and 9:00. 6. Upon check-out, the property shall be returned in as good condition as when received. 7. In case any defect or failure is identified upon check-in, the property should be informed accordingly within 24 hours after entry. 8. Entrance to the property is forbidden to any person who is not checked in. 9. In case any damage is identified, its corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit. If damage exceeds the deposit amount, the difference will be claimed in the client's country of origin. 10. If the client does not leave the property on the envisaged and agreed date, he/she will be charged the double amount of reservation costs and 250€ per each day of delay. 11. All of the above is mandatory. If any rule is broken, the property may request the client to leave within the following 8 hours. If he/she does not do so, the property will proceed to the eviction through the mechanisms that it considers appropriate. 12. The property has a right to come into the apartment any time needed to fix possible damages or breakdowns. 13. A security deposit of 500€ is required for accommodation pets.
