As everyone else has mentioned, this spot is perfect. The place is incredible. We spent a week there and barely left--between the pool, beach, staring at the ocean and the restaurant that is just a few steps away, we didn't need to leave! Everything was super organized and everyone is super helpful. The place is beautiful. I was a bit worried about the size as we have two children with us, but the main area (with bed and couch) is very big and the second bedroom is comfortable as well. I am not sure we event spent any time on the couch though, as we were outside all of the time. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for never leaving the pool and always being able to have an eye on kids (or not having to go very far to make another rum cocktail). The restaurant that is down the path is great, very accommodating and everyone loved the food. It looks like there are plans to build a few more properties like this one, but for right now, it is the only one, so while there are always a few people, it feels like you have the beach all to yourself. The beach right in front of the house is great for floating--sandy with clear, calm water. Go over maybe 50 feet and there are few rocks that are good for snorkling. The other restaurants that we tried around Nevis were all delicious and everyone we met was incredibly friendly and kept telling us what we should be doing while there. We didn't go visit anything else, although it seemed like there were quite a few things to do. We just swam and relaxed and spent time together. This was the absolute perfect vacation spot for us, you will love it too!

My wife and two kids (8 and 9 years old) stayed at the Zenith during our kids' Spring Break. We loved every moment of it! It was peaceful and quiet, with tons of privacy - yet ideally located within a 2 min walk of the beach club and 5 min drive to all of the great restaurants on the island. The kids used the pool non-stop (except when we walked 15 seconds down to the beach, which was also great!). The beach is sandy-bottomed and shallow enough to walk out and relax in the bathtub temperature water, with little to no waves. If you walk down the beach a hundred yards, you can snorkel for sand dollars (we found a few.) The home was perfect and set up for our family, including the porch with retractable screens. We used the stereo set up a lot, streaming music over the wifi and playing it by the pool. Hedda and Christian are lovely, friendly people. We also met a few locals on the islands who took us around to less touristy areas, which was great too. We loved our stay and will return!

Epic stay. Villa exactly as pictured! Transfers from Airport were seamless and the best way to go (and not expensive). Arrive in style and stress free. Chrishi Restaurant is 2 minutes walk and they'll open a tab for the duration of your stay! Great memories

Easiest/most convenient coordination to date for our family. The tours that we did picked us up at the house. Our rental vehicle was delivered to the house. This is all in addition to not wanting to even leave the house...absolutely stunning!

For those who seek a quiet setting in which to recharge their batteries. An unparalleled experience which my family will never forget. Long walks on empty beachfronts, excellent restaurants, hiking, biking, horseback riding, sailing, 4 wheeling tours, etc... There is something for everyone. Crishi was our home for 10 days and every need was tended to. We highly recommend.

We spent a wonderful week in Hedda and Christian's villa. The villa is situated along a very seldom used beach and we rarely saw more than one or two other people on the beach, even when we walked a mile up the beach! The villa has a lovely view across to St. Kitts and faces due west, which allows for spectacular sunsets! There were two staff members who came every day to clean the house and grounds and they were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the island and would love to stay here again!

My two children and I had the opportunity to stay at Zenith Nevis in June. I spent a lot of time searching difference alternatives on VRBO and this place appeared to be too good to be true. Well it was "true". this place is utterly unbelievable. The villa is steps to a beautiful and fairly private beach with clear blue water and plenty of sea life (Bring your snorkel if you have one). The villa is spectacular and very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The exterior has a pool that looks out on the Carribean Sea, a separate kitchen and a great outdoor patio. We definitely spent most of our time outside. The kitchen is well equipped and they also have a charcoal grill for your use. We cooked most of our meals at the villa as the kids were having too much fun to be bothered to take a shower to go out to dinner. We did drop by at Chrishi Beach Club a couple of times and the hospitality was fantastic. There is a great team that stops by the villa each day to clean and they exude the same level of hospitality and friendliness your will find is inherent in the culture at Nevis. For scuba divers we recommend Scuba Safaris and the scuba diving was terrific. My son and I climbed Nevis Peak and the adventure was well worth the effort and mud. This villa is located 10 minutes to the main town of Charlestown and the location and set up could not have been better. Wild donkeys came by each morning to drink from the pool and we always had a couple dogs drop by the share the sun with us on the pool deck. Many thanks to Hedda and Christian for allowing us to use their villa and thanks to you and your entire team for the hospitality. Can't wait to come back.

We loved Zenith Nevis. It is more stunning than the photographs! We stayed here in early June 2017 with our two children ages 14 and 12. It was a major hit with all of us. We have stayed at many larger villas with infinity edge pools in St John, USVI and this one tops those! The beach in front of the villa was nice and was practically deserted all week long, only seeing one family of 4 on our one day for a few hours. The villa is located in a good location to the other beaches on the island and the Four Seasons (if you want to do watersports), as well as Charlestown. We highly recommend this villa. Hedda and Christian were wonderful hosts as well, Christian even cooked our dinner the last night at the Chrishi Beach Bar because the cook had already left for the evening.

We stayed at Zenith Nevis for our 20th wedding anniversary and it was such a great week. Hedda and Christian (the owners) are very helpful and have a beautiful villa. The villa is just as described and as beautiful as the photos. Very private and comfortable. Views are amazing. The staff who come daily to clean are lovely and make the place look beautiful everyday. We can't wait to return to Nevis and I will definitely be staying at zenith Nevis villa while there!!!
