Fantastic apartment and best location! Trevor greeted us upon arrival to hand over the keys and ran through some instructions and helpful tips about the place. The apartment was in immaculate condition, one of the cleanest properties ive stayed in. Well equipped and cosy feeling, it instantly felt like home.
Situated amongst a heap of cafes, restaurants, bars/pubs, fast food joints and shops. Subiaco has a trendy vibe without trying too hard and feels safe. Coles, woolies and the train station are just under a 10min easy walk and Perth CBD is only 10-15min car ride. Places worth trying are Mimosa and Fast & Delicious Chinese Takeaway (both of which are on Forrest St). For those who favour dessert, Baskin Robbins are just around the corner.
We had a mid-arvo flight back to Sydney so were able to check out a little later than the usual 10am, thanks Trevor! We would love to stay again in the future!

The unit was very clean and tidy everything you would need plus lots of extras bread, butter, milk lots of pantry items, washing powder, they also had lots of videos, games and books. Trevor was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again

Lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Owner was very flexible in making plans to meet to get keys (as our schedule was a bit uncertain). Delicious loaf of bread, butter and water filter pitcher all nice touches there for us, along with library of DVDs to watch. Great location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hope to stay again.

We had a lovely relaxing time - the apartment was so clean & well furnished.
Arriving to a loaf of fresh bread with condiments was a beautiful touch.
We thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and found it to have everything we could possibly need.
Trevor was very helpful & a great communicator.
All in all a wonderful stay.
